Finally... All caught up!

I am finally caught up on blogging after so many months of being behind. This winter has been a long one and we still haven't gotten a great spring yet, so fingers crossed we will start seeing pictures of flowers coming up and buds on the trees. A quick update on what the girls have been up to since turning 4.

They still love everything princess and now Bailee loves Batman.
Aftin is a little fashionista and wants to look "beautiful" every day which pretty much means she likes wearing skirts a lot.
They are getting into old school cartoons, like Scooby Doo and Tom and Jerry.
Bailee is as laid back as they come unless she's tired.
They like talking about God and eating healthy (thanks to their teachers at daycare, Miss Niccy and Miss Alexis)
They love spending time with their friends at daycare, Azlynn, Mia, Molly, Megan, Jackson and Daniel.
They are still great meat eaters and will have a couple bites of veggies at dinner. They also like to do "cheers" with our cups.
Their BFF's are still Maggie, Maddyx, Tommy, Addison and all their cousins.
Reading is one of the best past times for the girls these days.
Stoli is still Aftin's bestie and she can't get enough of him.
The girls love riding anything with a motor which makes Lance thrilled.
We can't wait for warmer weather because the girls are still huge fans of being outside.
They go to Grampie and Grammie's house on Tuesdays and will until this fall when they start the 4k program in New Richmond. (We open enrolled them into New Richmond)
Bailee loves giving everyone she knows big hugs and is so sweet by telling everyone how pretty they are.
Aftin is my social butterfly and is the first to approach other kids.
They love the movies Rio, Frozen and Little Mermaid.
They have a social life already and have been to several birthday parties and a few play dates.
Both girls are able to write their names and do a great job at their letters.
At their last physical they were on the tall side and just above average on weight.
I just started shopping in the girls section versus toddler at the store now. This was so strange for me as I wasn't ready necessarily for them to be getting so big so fast.
They are in size 10 shoes for the most part and flip flops are still their favorite.
Bailee had the flu recently and it was right after a birthday party with cake, so she no longer likes cake.

The girls are amazing and make us laugh each and every day. I can't believe how much they have changed and how fast it feels that it has gone. Hoping it starts to slow down here at some point.

Easter Time!

We celebrated Easter this year by going to church and then headed home for both families to join us in a day of awesome weather. Because it was so nice out we did an easter egg hunt, kickball tournament, rode the go cart and had a fire. It was an unbelievable day!
