Cousin Arynn and Grandpa Visit

This last Friday we had Grandpa Lenny stop by to visit and I also had my nieces Arynn and Kennedy spend the night too.  Here are a couple of pictures of the girls with their cousin and grandpa.

Lake Time!

We went out on Cedar Lake with our friends the McNamara's and the Mansell's.  It was out and the sandbar was packed.  Lance got to do some tubing and the girls had a blast with their new friends Grace and Lucy.  Grace was a great helper that afternoon.  Lance got an awesome sun burn from it too.  I think he'll be using some sunscreen next time.  We also had some great people help us get our boat out at the dock since it was crazy busy.  They were a life saver!  Everyone had a blast though and we can't wait to go back!

The sandbar where all the boats anchor.  It was perfect because the water is only about two feet deep so the girls were able to walk around.  Across the way they had set up a volleyball net and their were a bunch of dogs soaking up the rays too.  Not Rookie though, he is much too short.  Poor Rookie...

Super Bailee!

I had to share this picture of Bailee and her "cape".  I found her wearing one of my tank tops as a cape one morning.  She actually put it on well enough too look like she was a super hero.  It was a proud moment.

Pretties

The girls have just enough hair to start using barettes or as we call them "Pretties".  The girls love their pretties and actually for the most part keep them in.  Here are a couple pics of the girls modeling their pretties.

Kiddie Pool Time!

We got a kiddie pool for the girls since the weather has been so great and Bailee loved it.  Aftin liked it but she didn't spend a ton of time in it.  Of course we had to use the hose for water so it was pretty chilly.  Bailee thought the whales spout was the most fun.

The 4th on the River

After all the excitement of the Marine run and the parade we took the boat out and met up with Grampie, Grammie, Uncle Rusty, (Auntie) Tamara and Jason.  We had a lot of fun but the girls were exhausted by the time we left.  So there were no fireworks for them.

4th of July Parade

We went to the 4th of July parade in Marine and it was pretty hot but the girls enjoyed watching all the people and Lance enjoyed getting all the candy.

Daddy Runs on 4th of July

Lance ran in the Marine 4th of July run.  It starts in Scandia and ends four miles later in Marine on St. Croix.  It was a beautiful day and Lance did a great job.
