Thanksgiving 2011

We had a great Thanksgiving with our wonderful family and friends.  Here are a few pictures and I will add more to the Thanksgiving page.  Oh and the Packers played the Lions that day and won (again!), which meant they are 11-0!!

Girls Night Out

I had a girls night out recently and stayed downtown with my sister and some girlfriends.  Here are a couple of pictures before we got ready to go out.  It was a great time and I love times like this even though I miss the girls a ton.  They love their daddy time though.

The girls have started using their potties as step stools around the house and one of their favorite things is to "clean".  They ask for paper towels all the time now and run around saying messy and using them to dust.

Janet and Addison came over to celebrate my birthday and the girls had a blast playing with Addison.  We moved their table to the living room and Addison created a little tea party.  Adorable!!

Mommy's Birthday!

I turned 36 recently and we celebrated by doing dinner with our friends Tina, Susie and Maggie.  It was also Monday night football, the Packers versus the Vikings.  I was fair (even though it was my birthday) and put the girls in both team's gear.  I was also representing that night.  I got to spend time with my favorite people and a Packer win for gifts that night so it was an excellent birthday. 

Aftin hasn't been hamming it up as much lately.

Early Thanksgiving

We went to Auntie Jenni's and Uncle Bob's to have an early thanksgiving and the girls got a chance to spend some time with their cousins, aunts and uncles.  Jenni and Bob have some adorable mini goats that the girls got to pet.  They loved hanging out with their older cousins, unfortunately the one picture I got of the cousins together didn't turn out very well.

Cody turns 3!

We just celebrated Cody's 3rd birthday and we got him a Thomas the Train set and Aftin was really into wrecking it while Cody was playing.  Bailee was more interested in doing her own thing.  Haley is getting so big, but she's still a peanut compared to how big the girls are now.

Grandpa Lenny Birthday Dinner

Grandpa Lenny came over to visit and celebrate my birthday.  The girls enjoyed the eclairs and playing with Grandpa.  At one point Grandpa had all the blankets and toys on him that were on the floor.

Remembering

My family went down to Cannon Falls recently to go to my Great Aunt Josie's 90th birthday party, but unfortunately we got there and found out it's the weekend after.  So instead we got a few pictures of my grandparents (Grandpa and Grandma Taxdahl) final resting places.  My Grandma Taxdahl was an unbelievable person that I miss so much.  It was nice to visit even for a short time.  After we left the cemetary we spent some time at my brother's house with his family.  The girls had a great time hanging out with their cousins.
