Fun Fest Time!

We headed to Fun Fest in New Richmond this last weekend and we lucked out with Janet, Darwin and Addison joining us.  The girls loved all the rides, games and food, but mostly hanging out with Addison.  They can't get enough of her.  It was perfect weather!  Addison even won a goldfish!

Gretta and Caroline are Here!

Lori, Marty and the girls are in town and we couldn't be more excited to hang out with them.  We had dinner at Stevens on Thursday night and it was delicious as usual.  The girls got to play with Gretta and Caroline.  Tara was also up from Madison, so they got to spend time with Eli and Ben too.  It was wild by the time we left, but so fun to watch them run around.

One Last Hurrah!

We celebrated one last 4th of July at Patterson's house.  The girls loved playing with Zoey and the boys.  The fireworks were great, even though they were a little loud.

4th of July - Cabin Style

After the parade Lance, myself, the girls, Jeannie, Bob, Jenni, Brandon and Blake all headed to the cabin.  Buddy, Michelle, the kids, Roger, Terri, the boys all met up there.  It was perfect weather for being in the water and the girls got their first jet ski rides of the summer.  Bailee couldn't get enough and just wanted to go faster and faster.  She's my little dare devil I think.

Parade Time - 4th of July

We watched the 4th of July parade in Marine again this year.  Here's a past post on the parade.  It's crazy hot, but the girls love it and the community really gets into it.

 Lance did the 4th of July run in Marine this year and the girls, myself, Grammie and Grampie were there cheering him on.  Aftin has been so into running with her daddy, so she helps him stretch and then runs before and after his races with him.

Sister Love

The girls have been so cute lately with each other.  They talk about being best friends and how they're twins.  They also wanted to get pictures with their new sunglasses.

Summer Time!

After camping we ended up at the cabin for some time on the boat.  The weather was amazing and it was such a nice, relaxing end to a fun weekend. 

Camping and Anniversary Time!

The weekend of the 28th was our 5 year wedding anniversary and we decided to head out and camp like we did after we got married.  We ended up making it a couples night on Saturday night and Michelle, Buddy, Tamara and Rusty all joined us.  The weather was a little cool, but it was still great.  I had to share the photo bomb that Buddy thought was so funny.

My aunts, Donna and Marlys and my uncle Dean visited my parents at the cabin this last week.  We went over there for dinner and got to spend some time chatting with them.  The girls really loved Lipton, Marly's guide dog.  I didn't get many pics, but here are a couple.

Fun with Cody and Haley!

The girls and I had a play date with Cody and Haley recently.  It was such a beautiful night and the kids had a great time.  They even got a bonus when the Schwan's guy came and they all got to have a ice cream sandwich.

Birthday Time!

We celebrated our friend Tina's birthday a few weeks ago and the girls had a lot of fun playing outside on the "playground" and running in the Dora sprinkler.  I can't believe how much bigger they are this year than last when they were first using the "playground".  I had to get a couple of pics of Tommy in his walker and also walking with Lance's assistance.  We ended with some great cake (Susie and Maggie made it) and the kids being pretty tired from all the playing they did.

What You Find...

We were at Grampie and Grammie's recently with Lance's side of the family and Megan had my ipad for a while.  This is what I found when going through my pictures.  It looks like she had a good time.  :)

Time for a Change

Lance and I recently took new jobs at different companies.  Because of this change I came in to work on my second to last day at Securian to find this in my cube.  A few members on my team decided to fill it up with cups, each filled with a little water.  It was a great prank and it took me a while just to make a path to my computer.  I miss everyone at Securian and all the fun we had!

Sprinkler Time - Dora the Explorer

We bought this Dora the Explorer sprinkler back in April hoping that it would bring warmer weather sooner than later.  Well, it was the end of June before we could actually use it.  Better late than never I guess.  The girls absolutely love it!
