Kennedy Turns 15!

We celebrated Kennedy's 15th birthday at the cabin this last Sunday.  It was a wet day outside, but we made the most of it.  Kennedy's grandma Jeanne made her two different cakes and Michelle and Buddy also got her an ice cream cake, so there was plenty of desserts to share.

Star Of The Week - Aftin

I have been meaning to add the girls' star of the week posters to the blog.  Here's Aftin's and I need to get a picture of Bailee's.  They had such a great time creating this poster and brought star crunches as their treat.

Birthday Party Time!

The girls have had a lot of fun birthday parties lately for their friends.  We celebrated Daniel's and Preston's all in one weekend.  Daniel's was a super hero theme and the girls got super hero names and certificates.  Preston's was a Packer's theme (I loved it) but ended up with a smoke detector going off so the kids got to see fire trucks and sit outside during a bit of it.  They thought the fire trucks were the best part.

Volleyball Time - Ashley's Turn

The girls and I went to watch their cousin Ashley play volleyball in NR after swim lessons.  It was so fun to see Ashley play since this is her first year.  Her team did great and we can't wait to watch more next year.

Tumbling Time!

The girls had another tumbling class and they continue to learn so much from the community ed courses.  I am so impressed with Coach Jon's patience and ability to get all the little ones to listen.  The girls love it and we will definitely be signing up in the late summer/fall.

Swim Lessons Time!

The girls started swim lessons a couple months back and love it.  I am really behind on blogging and they have actually completed their second round already.  Here are some pics of their last day showing off what they can do.  Aftin did a back float and Bailee did bobs in the water.  Harder to tell Bailee's skill without movement in pictures, but she did so good with her bobs.

Pool Time!

 Janet and Addison had a fire in their house back in February and had been living in the Americinn for a couple months.  The girls and I visited them and the three little girls spent a bunch of time in the pool.  As you can see they had a blast!

Girls Being Girls!

 One of Aftin's favorite things is to go through my shoes and put on the high heels.  She also enjoys organizing them.  I had to get a quick picture for future blackmail of her in my shoes.  Also a cute picture of them at "Rookie's Park" or as everyone else knows it the park in Star Prairie.

Play Date Time - Azlynn

The girls and I met up with Cara and Azlynn for a play date at Mary Park.  They had so much fun spending time with one of their bff's.

First Communion - Cole and Alexis

 We celebrated Cole and Alexis's first communion a few weeks back.  It was a nice service and wonderful to see the support of our family as we helped bless them.
